Fishy, Fishy....

Another joy of living in the Pacific Northwest is all of the living creatures that are in the puget sound right by our house!  Daddy went Salmon fishing with Jenn's dad and caught some yummy salmon...

Daddy came home with the salmon and Sydney you were SO excited!  It is so funny how girlie you are but you also have another side that is not scared to touch fish, bugs etc...  I love it!  Dane was already in bed or I'm sure he would be loving it too!

We always see the fishing boats out off the beach and today we got to go out and pull the crab pots and fish....HORRAY!

You two were SO excited that you each packed a backpack full of things you may need on the boat:)

And pulled up crab pots!  You got a little scared when one of the crabies pinched Daddies finger but he was brave you said:)  Then we took a boat ride to the Everett Marina.....

A GREAT day!!

We love our Nonni

Nonni is the BEST!  Mommy and Daddy said we were headed to the concert for a weekend so Poppi got her a plane ticket and she was here in a flash!  WOW we are so lucky to have a Nonni that does anything for us and LOVES to spend time with us all. 

Every time Nonni is here she searches for a condo she can buy.  The above picture is a condo we can all dream of her and Poppi owning...what a view!  You two would love to have sleep overs there!

Nonni did SO much with you two while we were gone for the weekend!  I LOVE that she just takes you everywhere.  When we got home you were so excited to tell us you saw the sunset (its a bit past your bedtime but who cares about that when your having fun and creating memories!)

The Gorge

 Mommy and Daddy's friend JT Hodges is moving up the country charts and is on tour with Toby Keith.  So we were super lucky to spend the weekend in Levenworth and the Gorge.  Jt hooked us up with all access passes so we got to experience the Gorge in a way we never will.  We were back stage, on the sound board, and hung out in there tour buses after the show was over.  It was an amazing experience!  The Gorge is the most BEAUTIFUL place to see a concert!!

Best Friends....

 I LOVE the fact that you two call each other your best friend!  You love laughing together, teaming up on mommy and daddy together and doing everything well....together!!!

 Sydney you are such a mother hen!  It was jammie time so you ran upstairs and got two pairs of PJ's for you and Dane.  You couldn't reach Dane's so you got some of yours for him.  What a good helper you are you even helped him put them on:)

While mommy was in Missouri you two started watching a show called Kailan.  It is a show that teaches Chinese so when I came home you were so excited to teach me some of your new words.  So we decided to go on a little China adventure in Edmonds (we are always up for a new outing). 

We headed to the asain mart and picked out some new and exciting goodies....

Then we headed for some appitizers that we could use chopsticks with....

Then your favorite part, bubble tea!  Yummo!

It sure is fun to learn about other cultures!
