Follow the yellow brick road...

This year Halloween was so much fun! We had a great group of friends over for a pre trick or treating party. Sydney was totally into it this year and Dane even figured out if he said treat and held up his basket he would get a goody:)

Jack O Lantern Time!

Today was the day to turn our perfect pumpkins we picked at the patch into Jack O Lanterns! You guys LOVED feeling the wet, squishy insides of the pumpkin.

Syd you did a great job "sorting" the seeds so we could make our yummy toasted parmesan pumpkin seeds!

Daddy didn't let us see his creation until the end. WOW mommy was surprised by his great work BUT did he forget the tigers where playing today? At least he was wearing his Mizzou gear!

Apples, Apples and MORE Apples...

Oh how I LOVE fall! Especially this fall with all of the yummy aroma's of apples. We have SO many apples from our apple picking in Lake Chelan that we have been busy cooking up a storm...which I LOVE to do! We may be on a diet soon after making all of these yummy treats.

The Pumpkin Patch

What a beautiful day we had at the Pumpkin Patch with some of our favorite friends. We spent the day with the Siever clan and the Tepley/Macek family hunting for the perfect pumpkin!
